Edwin Coe Spirits now offers Cocktail Catering! We bring our craft cocktails to you, livening your event & making it memorable with our premium spirits, a customized bar menu, and friendly staff to take take the burden out of hosting.

Bar Options

Please note there is a $1,000 sales minimum for any type of bar service listed below. If event bar sales are less then the $1,000, then the organizer is responsible for the balanced due (plus applicable sales tax & gratuity) promptly upon the event’s scheduled end-time.

  • 1.    Cash Bar
    $200 base fee + $15/hr per bartender
    -
    Organizer is charged for base fee & bartenders.
    -Edwin Coe will charge guests for drinks ordered at the bar during the event (plus 7% sales tax). 

  • 2.   Open Bar
    $200 base fee + $15/hr per bartender + cost of cocktails/beer/wine ordered + 20% gratuity
    -
    Organizer is charged for base fee & bartenders.
    -Edwin Coe will charge the organizer at the conclusion of the event for all drinks ordered, (plus 7% sales tax & 20% gratuity).

  • 3.   Split Bar
    $200 base fee + $15/hr per bartender + shared cost of cocktails/beer/wine between host & guests + 20% gratuity
    -
    Organizer is charged for base fee & bartenders.
    -Organizer chooses how the bar charges will be split.
    (e.g. Organizer can pay a pre-determined denomination toward guests drinks offering a cash bar afterward, or organizer pays for 1 round of drinks for guests offering a cash bar afterward).

    -Edwin Coe will charge the organizer at the conclusion of the event for all drinks on his/her tab, (plus 7% sales tax & 20% gratuity). Edwin Coe will also charge guests for drink orders placed after the organizer’s pre-determined limit is reached.

  • Craft Cocktail Options: Bees Knees, Bloody Mary, Manhattan, Mojito (spring & summer only), Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, Tom Collins

  • Liquors: High Rye Bourbon, Old Coe, Barrel Aged Rum, Rum, Soft Gin, Vodka

  • Mixers: Coke, 7up, Cranberry, Club Soda, Tonic, Gingerale

  • Wines: House Cabernet Sauvignon, House Chardonnay, House Moscato

  • Beers: Bell’s Two Hearted IPA, Upland Brewing Company Champagne Velvet Pilsner, Upland Brewing Company Wheat Ale

  • Alternative/additional liquor, wine, beer, mixer, soft drinks, & bottled water options available upon request prior to event for a prepaid charge.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission regulates the service and sale of alcoholic beverage. As a licensee, Edwin Coe LLC is responsible for the administration of these regulations. In compliance with Indiana State Law, all alcohol at the event must be purchased from Edwin Coe LLC and provided by it’s staff. 

  • Edwin Coe LLC reserves the right to close a bar if liquor laws or Edwin Coe LLC’s policies are violated. We also reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that we feel has exceeded a reasonable beverage limit. 

  • Edwin Coe LLC reserves the right to request valid picture identification for service of alcohol to any guest. We also reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone without identification. 

  • In accordance with State of Indiana law, we will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. There will be zero tolerance for minors consuming alcohol. Minors are the responsibility of the client hosting the event.  

  • Prices subject to change due to market availability and pricing fluctuations. 

  • Edwin Coe LLC will offer a last call 15 minutes prior to the event’s scheduled ending with all bar service to end at the scheduled event end time. 

  • All bar services are provided for a minimum of 3 hours. Events requiring bar services for more than three hours will be charged an additional amount based upon event needs and specifications.

  • Compensation is required to a minimum of two licensed bar staff of $15/hr for 3+ hours (plus 1 additional hour before & after event for setup/cleanup). Additional bar staff members may be required depending on event size.

  • To formally book your event and save the date payment for the base fee and bartenders wages must be received in full. (Please make checks payable to Edwin Coe, LLC). Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date (less a $50 fee if consultation and/or permits have been processed).

  • There is a $1,000 sales minimum for any type of bar service. A credit card is required to be on file before drinks are served, and it may be charged the balance of what is owed at the end of the event (plus 7% sales tax & 20% gratuity).
